2.3 Mac mini pricing

I believe $520 is the refurb price for the 2.3 with 2GB base model. Figure $40 for the RAM upgrade 3rd party..so about $560 plus taxes from Apple. $450 is a pretty good price IMHO. Is any AppleCare included?
