2-3 weeks --> delivery date?

hey guys, i need help! What delivery date are you getting if you bought an iPhone showing 2-3 shipping delay?
I'm not sure if i should be counting from today, or from the 25th, and how long the actual shipping time would be...

The time is time from launch day, 9/25, not today. Launch day is 2 weeks from yesterday so that'd make no sense.
