It's all in good fun. I meant no disrespect. I shouldn't have had to prove myself though. You could have just taken my word for it.

Mine is W8840XXXXX as well, and the university that I attend had (80) MBP 2.5GHz 250GB (selling at $1544 OTD included AppleCare and HP Printer) delivered in November '08 and now they are sold out. Another university bought (60) of the same MBP, but sold only thirty of them b/c their price is $200 (for $1521 OTD w/o AppleCare, but the same printer) more and they had them delivered in September '08 and paid a higher price per unit...
