2.66 Nehalem have Turbo boost or hyperthreading

I'm looking into getting a used single quad core 2.66 Nehalem and was wondering does this model have turbro boost and hyperthreading? It only mentions the upper models have such features.

If it's an '09 model, then YES, it does (LGA1366 socket parts). Anything earlier, NO.
