Hello Everyone...
When placing outgoing calls, I have noticed 2 different types of outgoing call screens.
One with the contact's name centered on the screen and the other with the contact's name on the left side of screen with their photo Bubble on the right as shown here...

Can anyone shed light on this?
All settings are the same for all contacts.

It all comes down to how the photos were added to the contact. If they were added natively through the iPhone, they'll be full screen. If they were added through a third party app, or synced from contacts on your computer, they'll be the circle picture.

Also, if you add a contact picture from Photos.app you will see the one with the photo bubble. In order to have the full screen picture you HAVE to go to Contacts.app and edit the contact from there. I ran into this the other day. Hope this helps!
