2 extended monitor display

I have a mid 2012 macbook pro with the following specs
16gb ram
256gb ssd
3tb hdd

and i have the 2 27 inch BENQ GW2750HM monitors
i'm thinking of getting the belkin thunderbolt express dock

and i'm wondering if i could get two usb 3.0 to hdmi adapters for both my monitors

but i dont know if i'll get 1080p video quality from both and superfast timing

not heard good things about the usb adapters.

Im pretty sure you need to get Thunderbolt to HDMI adapter
