2 finger scrolling does not work on new, 2.4 GhZ Macbook

I just bought the new 2.4 Macbook, and I restored my files from my time machine backup (from my hackintosh). The issue is, My 2 finger scrolling no longer works. The other multi-touch guestures work, but this does not. Any ideas?

Turn on "Use 2 Fingers to Scroll" in the Trackpad menu in Keyboard/Mouse (System Preferences)

i looked under the trackpad (it's a seperate setting on the new one, not under keyboard and mouse) and there is no option to enable it, so i think it should be on automatically. Im not too sure though.
