we have 2 iPhone 15 Pro Max iPhones with 2 different phone numbers I receive my wifes voicemail and call history and Vice Versa.
Both Iphones worked fine for the first 5 days
Any thoughts, suggestions . Thanks

Check one of your phone settings.
Settings-Phone-Calls on Other Devices. See if it is toggled on or off.
Or
Settings-Cellular-Calls on Other Devices.

Checked other devices cellular calls on in iPad turned it off still
No good. Handoff , call forwarding are off

This is not really related.
One more place to check.
Settings-Messages-Send & Receive,
(tap on your phone number), make sure other phone number(s) are not checked.

Only the right phone numbers checked not having problem with messages

There's your issue, is there a reason why you use the same Apple ID?
16 years ago when the 1st iPhone came out that’s the way The Apple Store set it up for us
If we change Apple ID on one phone now we will lose pictures, and music that was downloaded from CD’s and a lot of other stuff will be lost
Apple added family sharing 3 1/2 years ago but now they’re forcing people to use it and loose it (pictures etc)

I had the same issue. So to solve this issue I use 2 Apple IDs on each iPhone. The one for iCloud, IMessages and FaceTime each user has a different Apple ID and for iTunes/Apple store we all use the same Apple ID.

Go down the list and delete…

Keep in mind that any changes you make, will only affect FUTURE calls & voicemails. Nothing you do is going to sort out the past ones. Apple's intent is that you each have your own separate Apple ID and if desired, join them into a Family Plan. That's my suggestion too.
