iPhone 2 issues

I am on a 16GB iPhone 5 running iOS 6.1.2. And for the last three days the location services logo hasn't went off (no big deal, just annoying) and I haven't been able to load pictures sent via iMessage.

Any clue what could fix this? Thanks

Try a DFU restore to 6.1.3

Goto into location services in settings an see what is using it. There is key at the bottom of the location service screen to help you.
