2 MBP speaker options while using phone?

Any idea when selecting the speaker option it shows two Mac Book Pro options but only one with an icon next to it?

I only own, and have one Mac Book Pro and it is enabled to take phone calls.

How can I remove the second? And would anyone know why it would show up in the first place?
