ok I have an iPad2 and would like to watch the movies that i've downloaded from utorrent but I can't because I don't see how I can transfer them over. I have macx converter pro and it works for getting it over to iTunes but it would let me sync it to the iPad2 (I have a iMac). The second part is that I have those movies are saved on my ex hd (500gb) and I can't find a way to have the iPad2 open( I music from iTunes on it and photos) it. I have the camera kit for the usb connection but nothing beside that it can't be opened. Can anyone shine some light on this.

If your movies are in iTunes, they should play/sync just fine on the iPad.

I don't understand the question here. iTunes doesn't care where your media is stored. My entire iTunes library and library file are on a second drive.

What does the camera kit have to do with this?
