2 per person or 2 per credit card?

Hi All,

I am going to the Apple store now with two children. I was planning on getting an iPad for myself, my wife, and each of them. Assuming, it is 2 per person we can purchase 6 ( I only need 4) but is it actually only 2 per credit card as I only plan on paying with one card.

She isn't coming. They may allow me to use her card but it will probably depend on the associate there.
