I donna why but i ve 2 photo stream folders only the second one is syncing and in use so how can i delate the 2 folder.

I have the exact same issue. Use both two IDs, one for app purchases and a second for iCloud. I also have iPhoto 9.2. Any suggestions are welcome.
I also think it s related to the fact that i use an diff id for iCloud then to iTunes/app store tried everything no luck in deleting the folder 
Had the same problem from signing in with 2 IDs and fixed it.
Sign in to icloud with the ID you DON'T want to use and turn on photostream. Take a picture and wait until it uploads, then go back to the settings and turn off photostream. It will give you a warning and then it will remove the photostream folder for that account.
Then remove that account from your phone and sign in with the ID you want to use and you should have just the one photostream album.
