1. This mostly happens in Safari - when I have several windows open, and I want to close one of the, I click 'close' and the window insists on being minimized. So I maximize it again, and again click close, and again it minimizes to dock. Command-w is sometimes the only way to get it to close!!!! Happens all the time, annoying as hell.

2. When I am command-clicking several different folders to be moved simultaneously, after painstakingly selecting and clicking the ones I want to move, all of the sudden they all spring open! Then I have to start over. This morning I individually moved a bunch of files, because if I selected more then a few at a time, they would all spring open. No, I never release the command key.

These are two issues that plague me daily!

Hey - just ignore me if these points seem obvious/don't help you.

1. Are you clicking right in the centre of the red dot? If you double-click near the outside of it or on the title bar in general the window will minimise - you have to be quite precise. Which brings me on to: are you double-clicking at all? Use single clicks.

2. Release command after selecting all the items you want. Then, click one of the items that is selected and drag to where you want it, keeping the mouse button clicked. Release. All the selected items will be moved.

I thought it might be an accuracy issue... so you are probably right.

Also, I use the Apple MM BT, which I think is not really very precise either. Thanks for the tips.

Okay, one more buggy thing that I forgot.

In Safari with multiple tabs open in one window. I want to close a tab. I "accurately" click the close button, it won't close. I have to select close tab from the contextual menu. This too is annoying. I doesn't always happen, but sometimes those damn tabs just won't close!
