2 questions. Activity Sharing & App on iPhone frozen

Sorry for the n00b questions, but just got my SS SB yesterday.

1. How do I add friends to my Activity? On the AW, it says I have to go to the Activity app on my Apple Watch app, but when I go there, it's nothing but a list of settings I'd want. I don't see the + button that I'm seeing online.

2. My friend's Apple Watch app is stuck on the Activity Summary when she opens the app. She's tried uninstalling the AW app, restarted her phone, etc. The AW app remains frozen on that screen. Anyone know how to get around this?

Please disregard. I'm so embarrassed.

1. I didn't realize Activity had its own dedicated app that downloaded with the installation of my AW app. This app was shuffled on the last page of all my apps.

2. My friend was on the Activity app, not the Apple Watch app.

Definitely couldn't feel any dumber than I do right now.
