2 SIM Cards with the same phone number for iPhone 3G on O2 Pay Monthly

I have a Porsche Cayenne and it has a phone built in and you put your SIM Card in the dash and it links in with the car. When I had my BlackBerry, Vodafone offered two SIM cards with the same number and you dialed *130 or something when you were in the car and it switched that SIM Card on and when you weren't in the car, I dialed that on my BlackBerry.

Does anybody use anything like this with an iPhone 3G on the O2 Pay Monthly tariff?

I have asked them but they said they do not offer this service. If it was possible, this would be ideal for me.
