Just picked up my Cosmic Orange 2TB.

As much as I would love to have the 17 PM 2TB iPhones, I just can not justify the $2k cost to get one and since they are not in the color I prefer (Space Black) the choice not to get one was an easy choice for me. I will see when the 20th anniversary iPhones come out in a few years . . .

I would not mind, but iCloud storage fees are brutal for that much space. Have a 2TB family plan but the pricing accelerates quickly the further you go up the ladder.

I’d love to keep my iCloud library local on my phone but 2TB pricing is just a bit bonkers..

Surely ssd prices must come down… they’ve always stayed a premium with Apple.

Vaguely considering it to future-proof, but 400 for 1 extra TB is a lot. Not sure. What are you planning to use all the space for?
