HomeKit 2 users not syncing status in homekit

Ran in to something strange today, Me and my wife are using homekit.
She wanted to open the garage door but in her phone it said not reachable (ismartgate).
On my phone it was ok, started to check some other stuff also not matching her phone.
Checked homekit settings and she was synced to a different hub.
started a hue light bulb from her phone, worked and status update on my phone.

So, i did remove her from my shared home. Left the home on her phone then I invited her again.
Now, her phone is only spinning with no upload of my shared home.
Dont know really what to do.

Well, after loggiing out from her icloud on all units and back in I managed to get the invitation through. Needed a couple of attempts though. So back in business.
