2 Week old Mac Pro - GFX card upgrade Question

Hi all

am doing alot of work on final cut studio and am considering upgrading the gfx card in the future,

do any of the final cut studio components benefit from an upgraded gfx card?

at the moment i just have the base 2600xt model - was thinking about buying a pc gfx card and flashing the firmware
