2 x Mac Pros not talking to each other

Well, mine is talking to my boss', I can access his internal HD and read and write it, but he can't get onto mine, but as far as we can tell, everything should be sweet.

Anyone got the time to run through the basics with me?? I'm pretty useless at networking.

They are both Mac Pro 3.33 GHz 6 core Intel Xeon's with 16gb RAM, running 10.6.8
