20" above neck.

My 20" will be above my neck, actually the screen itself should start at my chin level. Good or bad?

i think my iMac sits about the same heigh, i think you should be fine.

If your eyes come to about the middle of the screen and your line of sight is perpendicular to the screen, you should be good.

I tend to slouch sometimes so I just tilt the screen down a bit and all is well..
