20 Apps In 1 Folder

By accident I discovered that I was able to fit 20 apps in one folder. 😀 Before I was only able to fit 9. Is this a new feature of the updated iOS?

I thought it was always 20 on the iPad, 9 on the iPhone?

Its always been 20 in one folder.

I believe it's 12 on the iPhone. 4 icons to a row, and you can fit 3 rows in a folder.

you were doing something wrong if you were only able to fit 9... Its always been 20 since the iPad got the folders feature... and 12 on the iPhone.

While the subject of folders is on the table, is their a non-jailbreak means of assigning folders an icon image?

I really really REALLY want Apple to allow "Sub Folders"

Please. Just 1 level down/deep would be fine.

Then on my home screen I can just have 1 folder called GAMES and in that folder I have have my sub folders.

Classic, Arcade, Board, Driving, Puzzle, etc etc.

At the moment, I have to have all this stuff on my home screen.

Allowing sub folders would give us the ability to be very neat and tidy & would be such a simple easy to do change, that would make such a difference.

Not that I've seen. That. Would. Be. Awesome. (Except that I'd be all OCD about my icons being the same resolution.)
