20-inch Apple Cinema Display + Gaming?

I’m in the market for a new monitor and came across Apple’s 20-inch Apple Cinema Display at our local retailer. The image looks flawless and was wondering how it performed while gaming.

Does anyone have any experience gaming on these displays? (Specifically WoW.)

I’ve heard a lot of comment on the refresh rates not being up to the task, but was wanting some comments on some of your experiences gaming on these displays. Thanks in advance!
