My personal favorite is the Optimized Battery 🔋 on Watch OS. It is extremely intelligent and effective. We need it on iPhones as well.

If you have a 45mm series 7/8 or an Apple Watch Ultra, the keyboard actually works.Not sure how you would add/type an event to the calendar from your Watch - it seems to prompt the keyboard on my iPhone.
I would say the same for messages.
