20" non-TN panel recommendations?

looking for a 20" non-TN panel (s-ips or s-vpa). Are the Apple ACD and Dell ultrasharp 2007wfp the only options? The jump to 24" is too steep in this panel quality ) 650+ so now looking for 20"

ACD is a good option. No experience with the Dell.
