20 seconds power-up time (the Apple Logo)... is that normal?

On my iPhone 4, the Apple Logo will show for about 20 seconds (give or take 1 or 2 seconds) until the lock screen comes on.

Just wondering if that's not normal, ie it should only take half that time.

It's not bad. I just realized I'd never restarted my phone since getting it so I tested. Took about 30 seconds. My iPad boots quickly, but I've never had an iPhone boot faster than about 30 seconds anyway

Why power down or up? It's designed to stay on 100% of the time unless you need to re-boot to fix a problem.
