Definitely, I use the AW for Apple pay all of the time now. It is so convenient. I have only come across an issue in my local supermarket and you would scan your member/convenience card to get a scanner to scan as you shop. The kiosk for the scanners won't read the watch, but read the card instantly.

Progress is being made but, it is still spec bumps. I think battery technology is the biggest hurdle.

Battery tech is currently the biggest hurdle to so much, but I think it will come in the not too distant future.
