Other 20 W charger for iPhone 12 and AirPods

Hi,
since the newest iPhones come without charger and the 20 W USB-C charger is quiet cheap I am wonder if it will be ok to charge iPhone and AirPods with it on a daily basis? I've read that fast charging are not the best for battery life so I am torn.

My 2 year old XS Max has always been wirelessly charged overnight, every night, and my battery health is at 94% capacity.
