Metro-Denver, as well as all of eastern Colorado and parts further on, are smack-dab in the middle of a major blizzard. Governor Owens has declared a disaster emergency. If you're being affected, let us know how.

As for me, my boss took me to lunch at Red Robin in Castle Rock today in his rock-crawling Toyota 4Runner (36" tires, ARB lockers, etc.) It was fun booting around the neighborhood with all this snow. And now, I'm off to shovel the 12-18" of the white stuff off my driveway...

I'm down in Colorado Springs. The entire city is shut down. The snow is coming down fast, furious and sideways. Looking out my window, my car is covered under a giant snow drift. We have to dig a path everytime the dogs need to go pee because it's up over their shoulders. It's not supposed to stop snowing until tomorrow night.

Time to make a pizza!
