2006 macbook pro shut down issue

Hello,
my 2006 macbook pro 2ghz 2gb of ram shuts down a few minutes after power off. Just a straight shut down screen on then dead just off. I am not sure why this is happening any advice thanks in advance

Reset your PRAM and SMC. If that does not work, Archive and Install. If that doesn't work, it's most likely a logic board issue.
