2009 Mac Mini 2.0 Performance Question

Looking to see if anyone has put the Seagate Hybrid 500GB HDD into their 2009 Mac Mini with 4GB Ram and a 2.0 Ghz CPU Core 2 Duo Model.

I am trying to judge if the upgrade is worth it or should I just get the new 2010 Mini with a 2.66 4GB/500GB?

I use this Mini for mostly iTunes, Web Surfing, Email, Web Design, Photo Editing, eBay, and some light gaming with my Boot Camp partition.

I had the 2.26ghz and upgraded it to eight gigs of ram and a 500gb hd. It was worth it.
