They list requirements as: Code: Mac with Mini DisplayPort connector Mac OS X v10.6.4 or later so you should be good to go.

Click to expand... Think of it this way. The 3.06GHz 27" iMac is a $1000 display with a $700 computer attached. Then it doesn't look quite so bad.
