2009 Mac Pro and 5770 - Which Slot?

Does it matter which slot my 5770 is plugged into? It's currently in Slot 1. I'm running the 27" ACD and a 20" ACD if that matters.

yes you want it in the 16 lane slots not the 4 lane slots. I think 1 and 2 are the right ones.

For double width graphics cards, always chose the first slot. Otherwise you'd lose the third slot.
