2010 13.3" and 11.6" Macbook Air sleeves, cases

I'm about to order my MBA, and am considering some sort of body film on the machine. I currently have a Zagg Invisibleshield on my Macbook Pro i7 and it feels extremely tacky. Does anyone know of a similar product that is less tacky but gives the same scratch resistant protection?

After using it for a few months, I have to say it really is helpful. It does get dirty though... :/

Try the Wrapsol Shield. I just picked up a full body cover the other day. Looks great, feel great. No shiny look or sticky feeling.
 
I was looking on Amazon and they have cases that look like envelopes XD.

Thanks. I just youtube'd it and it looks great. If only I knew about it before buying my zagg, haha.

I saw them too I think I am going to buy one. That way you can deceive others to think that it's a plain envelope so they don't snatch your laptop away. Haha.

Are you planning to use this with 11" Air? According to their website, the case is a bit too small for the Air.

I was talking with the guy at their retails store. They don't have a perfect fit case, but he was pretty sure they'll be making 11" Air specific/optimized sleeve.

I'm returning my Zagg (13) and Bestskinsever (11) to get the wrapsol. I have the wrapsol on my iphone and really like it. Matte looks so nice. I forgot about wrapsol when i ordered from zagg and bestskinsever

It is made by Icipio. I contact them to make sure that it works with the current 13" air, and they emailed me back stating that it does, but that they where making a new one more spacific to the current air.

What I like about it too, is that it comes with a strap that is removable incase I don't want to stick this into another bag, and I want to carry just the air...

Looks pretty good. I hope they are making one for the 11" as well.
 
I was thinking of picking up one of these to port around my MBA 11.6" and its accessories.

Looks like there should be enough room there for what I have to bring to work each day while still protecting the MBA. It looks like from the specs that there might even be enough room to put the MBA in a case within the laptop pocket too.


Are the Apple Retail Stores carrying MBA 11" cases yet?
