2010 iMac LCD Replaced so now what.

i have the 2010 3.06 i3 21' imac. before i had it replaced "out of warranty" it had devloped the smudges on the lcd as mentioned by hundreds in the theres hope for the 27 imac thread. so my question is what are the tactics or tips to prevent them from coming back? fan control when heavy tasking? a air room purifier? anything will help thank you?

What kind of smudges did you have?

Did they look like what I posted?

I plan on taking mine in for those smudges and some IR

Yeah this is on the left side too. These two are most noticeable. There are some others at the top but you can hardly see them.

so i got me a brand spanking new lcd now the question is does anybody know who has had this problem before. what measures or tactics did you do to prolong a clear screen or prevent them entirely?

What I do is I set a white background every once in a while. That's all you can really do. I got AppleCare on mine so this will be covered.
