2010 mac pro 2.4Ghz 8 core vs 3.33Ghz 6 core?

Which would you choose? - can;t wait to see bench results.. from the pricing it seems the 6 core is more powerful than the 8 core, yes higher clocked CPU but thought the 8 core would have advantages over a 6 core
