MP 1,1-5,1 2010 Mac Pro Ram Combination

Hi all, I have a 2010 Mac Pro with 6x 8gb Ram sticks and I got a hold of 4x 16gb ram recently.
Would there be any issues using the 4x 16gb and 2x 8gb together?
From my understanding it's no point adding another 2x 8gb Ram to fill all slots.
