I looked at it in coconut battery & it shows 5 cycles 28 weeks old at 92% is this bad? I have not done a total run down & recharge, just run downs to about 80% to 50% & then charge it again.

I keep it plugged in alot of the time but recently have used the battery to about 70 - 80% & then charge to keep electrons moving, as I read this was good for it.

can the battery be charging if plugged into AC & or running down if not plugged into AC even if the computer is shut down & turned off?
 
It's normal. Calibrate your battery and don't worry about it. There's a few percent margin of error in capacity reporting.
