2010 Mini HDD Upgrade Question about Hybrid HDD

Has anyone tossed one of these into the new Mini with 4 GB of ram and either the 2.4 or 2.66 configuration.

I am thinking of building one for my iTunes library as I need more space plus now I have an ATV.

How well does it perform? Do you notice a difference in boot and load times?

Does it generate more heat?
