2011 iMac + Lion getting Kernel Panics

I am getting kernel panics whenever I wake the computer. Mac Pro 5,1. Also it won't sleep unless I use the power button or sleep from the apple menu. I talked to customer service, they bumped it to the engineers. Hopefully they will get back in a few days with a solution. If they do I will post here.
