2011 IMAC screen problems

Hi

My 2011 Imac is slowly darkening. The brightness is turned all the way up yet video with Indoor or night scenes are too dark to watch. Is the Screen failing or the GPU?

Need advice, I've tried resetting the PRAM and the VRAM no change

Let's just hope that the issue is lying at the LCD backlight control board.
Replacing the LCD backlight board is easy, it's cheap, too.
Worst case scenario is dying LED strips inside the LCD panel, which is very difficult to replace or fix, the parts is cheap, though.

Talked to a repair place they suggested replacing the screen. I'm sure I could do it but no way can I afford buying the LCD
