Basically my MBP has started to adjust brightness of the screen without any warning, I checked the energy saver settings and they haven't changed so I cannot think of why this is happening. In case the OS makes a difference, I'm running OS X Snow Leopard (about to upgrade to Mavericks).
Any ideas as to what could be causing this as it's annoying as hell 😡
