Hi, I am really hoping you can chime in with your expertise and advise me if $600 CAD (Canadian) is a fair price to pay for a 2011 Macbook Pro - 17 inch, i5, 4gm ram and El Capitan. Very good condition with no hardware issues. Thanks so much to anyone who can help by advising.

There is something wrong with the specs, the 2011 17" only came with the i7. There was no i5 option.

I personally would not buy a 2011 MBP because they have a AMD Radeon HD 6750M (early 2011) or AMD Radeon HD 6770M (late 2011) dGPU. They have a known engineering flaw that causes the dGPU to desolder because of the heat which will requires the logic board replacement.
