i got my MBP 5 months ago, a couple days ago i got the Service Battery warning, i restarted my mac and it went away, but i decided to instal iStat to see whats going on, and im amazed that i have only 60 cycles that have gone by and 75% health, what do you guys think i should do, is the battery bad?

do you think i can get the warranty to cover this, since its obviously a defect and nothing done wrong on my part? And btw im in europe, will the 1 year warranty still be taken?

Yes, the one year warranty applies regardless of where you are, as long as you can contact Apple and get instructions, on how to physically give it to them, via an Apple Store or an Apple Authorised Repair Centre.
