Hey guys,

I just noticed lately that the screen is flickering on my 2011 macbook pro whenever it first loads the desktop and whenever I drag things into the desktop. I haven't damaged my mbp in any way at all ... except for one instance but I don't know if it's related. I recently had to put baking soda ... everywhere in my room and my computer was on my desk so maybe a thin layer of baking soda got in ... would that affect my computer anyway?

This sucks ... especially since my applecare was just over and I didn't get an extension ... 🙁

It's possible. I don't think it's that likely though.
