2011 mini owners/hd3000 users

So I found a great deal on a 2.3 mini with the hd3000 graphics. What are current users thoughts on this machine as an HTpC and 24/7 plex server? All data will be coming off a thunderbolt external but can the mini perform? Thanks!

It works just fine, I've been using a 2011 mini server as a htpc for quite awhile now, plex has zero issues running on the hd3000.

Not a gamer. Also have a 2013 27" iMac for that.

It works really great. Just make sure it has at least 4gbs of ram. My model came with 2gbs and was almost unusable. With 4gbs it feels faster than my now deceased 2009 macbook pro 15.

Was actually able to pick up an HD4000 unit for cheaper so I am set.
