2011 Refresh 15" MBP capable of running clamshell mode in win7

Hi,

I searched the forums but couldn't get a definitive answer. I have the 15" mbp hooked up to the ACD. Clamshell mode works fine in OSX, I can tap the keyboard and mouse and it will just wake up. In Window 7 however- it just goes to sleep and I can't wake it up using keyboard/mouse.

Is there a solution to this or do I just have to keep the lid open when running Win7?

I read about this issue not long ago, from what I believe it has issues in W7 whether its BC or VM.

Awesome. I am running win7 in Bootcamp. I had Parallel 6 prior but after a major update it screwed with my GPU drivers and I ended up getting rid of it and just going with bootcamp mode.

Any fixes or workaround that anyone is aware of? It's annoying....

Not 100% sure, but I was able to search google and find this, might as well give it a try.
