i'd say usually 1-2 months after release but it all depends on stock. Really no guarantee. They will show on the the refurb website when they have them in stock and when they dont, they usually take em down. Just keep checking daily and you should start seeing them soon.
Thanks I look about 3 times a day do you think it is based on the amount of 2011 refurbs still in stock?

They have 13" 2012 refurbish. Why not 15", no one knows or will u know when they will.
No, it has nothing to do with the 2011 stock. Its all based on how much of the new 2012 model stock becomes available. They test alot of them to see if their are any hardware/software issues or fixes that they need to release before going ahead and putting them on refurb store.
Use refurb.me and setup an alert. Works perfectly.

mohsy90 already gave you the answer you seek. It takes a few months; Apple needs to amass a collection before they can go listing what refurbished units to sell.
