2012 2.3GHz Quad-Core Mini with 1TB Fusion $$$

I'm getting ready to sell my 2012 2.3GHz Quad-Core Mac Mini with 1TB Fusion.

I've already checked around and the prices seem to be all over the place. What would be a fair selling price for both parties involved? What about a minimum selling price?

I plan to sell a 27" Thunderbolt display too... any suggestions?
