I had read somewhere on here that Bootcamp won't work with the 3TB Fusion Drive, and it also will not work with the regular 3TB HDD. Could some of you folks tell me if both is true? I would really hate to get the 700+SSD option or the regular standard 1TB HDD option.

Well, it IS a 'how-to' on how to get Windows installed on a drive larger than 2TB, so...

Do you have any idea what you are talking about?

It's not an Apple limitation, but a Microsoft one. It's a MBR (Master Boot Record) limit. Apple moved to EFI/GPT in 2006.

Any why haven't Apple worked around it like they have for the past few years?

They have never 'worked around' it.

This is the 1st time Apple has offered a BTO >2.2TB.
